Cooney & Conway is proud to share that our attorney, Megan Fahey Monty was named to the Law Bulletin Media’s “40 Under Forty” list for 2024. This year marked the 25th Anniversary of the 40 Under Forty award, which recognizes 40 attorneys in the state of Illinois who have demonstrated at an early age that they are among the best young lawyers in the state. Over 1,000 nominations were received this year.

Megan works extensively on the plaintiff's side of asbestos cases, where she advocates zealously for her clients. She also takes on a wide variety of cases from toxic tort to sexual abuse matters. During her career, Megan has worked on several injury cases that have resolved in excess of $1 million.
